Welcome to Steven Kump Official Website Windows Desktop Themes

Now, I'll explain you about the Windows Desktop Themes. This has been a long time since its first introduction on Microsoft Plus! for Windows 95. Desktop themes is one of the Plus!' package along with the 256 colours icon, live window dragging, anti-aliasing font method, etc.
However, this has not changed until Windows XP came into market.

This is the original one, and have a file format *.themes. It relies on only Windows Classic's scheme, sound schemes, wallpaper, desktop icon and screen saver. For that time, it's very very interesting and attractive.
